Basic Maintenance
Basic maintenance includes three changes to image and text changes each month. Multiple changes made at the same time to one page counts as a single change. Furthermore, one change to an image or text that is on multiple pages counts as a single change. So if there is a page that you need to change several images and some text on, that counts as one change. Likewise, if you have a single image that is on multiple pages that needs to be changed, that counts as a single change.
We do not enforce this strictly. The idea is that we are willing to make changes to your website as needed in a prompt manner to keep your website up to date without charging you extra. We want to avoid customers who would take advantage of this and design a dynamic website that by its very nature must be changed constantly and expect us to make those changes without charging extra.
If you think you may exceed three changes a month, it is best to ask us to make all of your changes at one time. This makes it easier on us and therefore we am much more likely to make more than three changes for you without charging you anything. If you do find yourself in the rare situation where you have extensive changes to make that we need to charge for, we will give you a quote for the changes before we make the changes you requested.
